COPENHAGEN, DENMARK

Copenhagen is Denmark's capital, a major economic and culture center in Northern Europe. It is known for its vibrant culture, modern architecture, and famous attractions like the Little Mermaid Statue and Tivoli Gardens. It is extremely cyclist-friendly, has a clean harbor, and boasts wonderful restaurants.
OSLO, NORWAY

Oslo is the capital and largest city of Norway. It is a major cultural, economic, and political center known for its museums, parks, and connection to the Oslo Fjord, and is home to the Nobel Peace Prize. Key attractions include the Kon-Tiki and Munch museums, the historic Akershus Fortress, and the Vigeland Sculpture Park
WAREMUNDE, (BERLIN), GERMANY

Waremunde is the port, where the ship will dock. Part of Rostock, this town has one of the Baltic's widest and sandiest beaches and is the gateway to the entire region. Once a sleepy fishing town, Warnemuende became one of East Germany's foremost beach resorts in the 19th century. People flocked here for wide sandy beaches and picturesque Baltic architecture. A lot of people will go by train from here to spend the day in Berlin.
BERLIN

Berlin, Germany’s capital, dates to the 13th century. Reminders of the city's turbulent 20th-century history include its Holocaust memorial and the Berlin Wall's graffitied remains. Divided during the Cold War, its 18th-century Brandenburg Gate has become a symbol of reunification. It is a beautiful city full of history and worth visiting.
GDYNIA (GDANSK), POLAND
Gdańsk (Danzig in German) is a port city on the Baltic coast of Poland. At the center of its Main Town, reconstructed after WWII, are the colorful facades of Long Market, now home to shops and restaurants. Nearby is Neptune Fountain, a 17th-century symbol of the city topped by a bronze statue of the sea god. Gdańsk is also a center for the world’s amber trade. Gdansk was heavily bombed in World War II and their people and army put up a valiant fight. There is also a World War II Museum.
VISBY, SWEDEN

Visby is a walled town in Gotland in Sweden with a history dating back to the Viking Age and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is known as a Fairytale town. The town's many churches include the grand, centuries-old St. Mary's Cathedral and the medieval ruins of St. Nicolai and St. Karin. The main square, Stora Torget, has cobblestone streets lined with cafes and restaurants.
RIGA, LATVIA
Riga, Latvia’s capital, is set on the Baltic Sea at the mouth of the River Daugava. It's considered a cultural center and is home to many museums and concert halls. The city is also known for its wooden buildings, art nouveau architecture and medieval Old Town. The pedestrian-only Old Town has many shops and restaurants.
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN

Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, encompasses 14 islands and more than 50 bridges on an extensive Baltic Sea archipelago. The cobblestone streets and ochre-colored buildings of Gamla Stan (the old town) are home to the 13th-century Storkyrkan Cathedral, the Kungliga Slottet Royal Palace and the Nobel Museum, which focuses on the Nobel Prize. Ferries and sightseeing boats shuttle passengers between the islands.
TALLINN, ESTONIA
Tallinn, Estonia’s capital on the Baltic Sea, is the country’s cultural hub. It retains its walled, cobblestoned Old Town, home to cafes and shops, as well as Kiek in de Kök, a 15th-century defensive tower. Its Gothic Town Hall, built in the 13th century and with a 64m-high tower, sits in historic Tallinn’s main square. St. Nicholas Church is a 13th-century landmark exhibiting ecclesiastical art and great shopping.
HELSINKI, FIINLAND

Helsinki is a charming seaside city with a unique twist. Located on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, Helsinki is a place where urban culture meets coastal nature. The easy-going Nordic lifestyle and friendly locals make it easy to fall in love with this northern city – the capital of the happiest country in the world! The last time I was in Helsinki I found this Rock Church amazing and thought you would enjoy seeing it as well.

If you are signed up for the Mediterranean Cruise you will end the Baltic cruise on Sept. 14th
You could either stay in Helsinki for a couple of nights and then fly to Rome arriving on the 16th to transfer to the cruise ship or fly from Helsinki to Rome joining the group for a 2 night stay prior to the Mediterranean Cruise.
This way you pay for one overseas airfare (SLC to Copenhagen), and then (Istanbul to SLC) and would need to pay the air between Helsinki and Rome.
This would save you money if you have wanted to experience both places.
